Pricing is predictable with three components: a monthly managed service fee (per user), a one-time onboarding fee, and separately scoped projects for large changes like migrations or office moves.

Yes. We regularly operate alongside internal IT teams, providing escalation support, security operations, repeatable admin, and cover for holidays and sickness. We agree RACI-style ownership early to avoid gaps.

Included: helpdesk support, proactive monitoring, patch management, security foundations, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration, documentation, and regular service reviews. Common add-ons include onsite support, advanced security (MDR/SOC), backups, managed network, compliance support, and procurement.
